Abstract Submission Guideline

On-line abstract submission will be available on the internet from August 1, 2011 – November 30, 2011

Please be notified that Revision Service will be terminated on, 24:00 (GMT+8), November 30, 2011, when the deadline of Abstract Submission.

Notice

(1) Abstracts will be accepted ONLY when submitting online. The on-line submission also indicates the copyright agreement to publish the abstracts in the congress abstract book in paper form and in electronic form (CD-ROM/USB Flash Drive).

(2) All the submission will be reviewed by Scientific Committees, and acceptance notice will be sentto Presenting authors. If abstracts received do not meet the requirements, the 4th APPCS 2012reserves the right to disqualify any of them. In addition, while you are filling out the abstract submission form, please complete each field seriously

(3)please notice that abbreviation should be not applicable since all the information you provide, such as presenting author, co-authors, including their order and affiliation, and the title of abstract, will be used to print the congress publication

(4)You may submit several abstracts of your own or of your colleagues under one account. All communication regarding the submitted material will be done via email with the corresponding author.

(5)All abstracts must be prepared according to the guidelines provided. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be accepted for review.

(6)Abstracts may only be submitted which have not been presented at an international meeting and not been published in a peer-reviewed journal

(7)After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours from the system directly,if you fail to receive it, please contact with the Congress Secretariat.

Abstract Style

1. Spacing: Abstracts must be typed in SINGLE-SPACED and must be contained within the border containing a maximum of 350 words.

2. Type size and face: To ensure legibility of the abstract is reduced for printing, a minimum type size of 10 points must be used. Do not use typefaces that resemble script.

Abstract Layout

1. Title: The title should be in BOLDFACE & CAPITAL and extended no more than two lines.

2. Name(s)/ Institution: List the authors, institute(s) where the work originated, city and country. The person presenting the paper should have his/ her name UNDERLINED. Omit degrees, titles, institutional appointments, street addresses, and post/ zip codes.

3. Text: The text should be arranged according to the following headings in CAPITAL:
  BACKGOUND
  METHODS
  RESULTS
  CONCLUSIONS

Acceptance
The Scientific Program Committee will make final decisions on the acceptance of abstracts. The Committee also reserves the right to make decisions on oral or poster presentations. The acceptance of the abstract will then be informed by Congress Secretariat via e-mail.
Author’s Registration
The presenting author will be required to register for the Congress in order to ensure their abstract(s) are included in the oral/poster program and eligible to present their papers in the Congress.
Others
All the accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Material, which will be distributed to each registered participants at the Congress.
